Our client is seeking a Director or Manager of Financial Reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a company that offers excellent benefits. Compensation package includes year end bonus and stock in the company.This position will be responsible for directing the financial reporting process for the company. Will oversee and perform the completion of quarterly and annual financial statements and other reports as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (’SEC’). This position will oversee the Financial Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Audit processes to ensure the Companies successful completion of both audits. Will also be responsible for the supervision of various accounting personnel and the administration of day to day functions as more fully described.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 5 years experience in public accounting and/or an SEC reporting role. ‘Big 4′ public accounting firm, SEC reporting, supervisory, and financial reporting experience is all preferred.
