Seeking senior-level process-oriented, detail-focused consultant to assist in planning, facilitating, documenting Sunrise Clinical Manager design meetings, documenting future workflow “day in the life,” able to document/catalog design decisions in real-time made during scheduled meetings using application-meaningful terminology.Candidate should at minimum be a hospital-experienced Bachelor-prepared clinician, post graduate degree preferred. Basic understanding of the end-user features/functions of the SCM product is essential, configuration knowledge less important but some would be nice to have. Able to perform research into various document formats and multiple locations for previous content. Must possess excellent organizational / planning skills, polished [fearless] in-person meeting facilitator, proven track record of being team player skilled in communicating with wide range of personality types in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Positive “can-do” and “how can I help?” attitude is of primary importance.Looking for Analyst with clinical background and former Eclipsys Copproation a plus.
